     This website describes a private reforestation experiment in the water catchment area of the Phu Phan mountain ridge at the border of Phu Sri Than National Park, Mukdahan province. It also describes some of the experiences newcomers run into when getting accustomed to a new climate, unknown species, different seasons and new soil.
